GTC

MOODLAW GmbH & Co. KG, UID: DE344458120 with legal domicile in Kalscheurener Street 19, 50354 Huerth, Germany, provides its services only on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions.

Art. 1 Type of Contract

The following GTC shall be understood as a contract for work and services between MOODLAW as contractor and the customer as client. The works shall be the audiovisual files assured to the customer by means of an offer issued by MOODLAW.

Art. 2 Protection of Concepts and Ideas

Concepts, texts, graphics, advertising ideas and related creative materials created by MOODLAW remain the intellectual property of MOODLAW unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Art. 4 Services of MOODLAW

Unless expressly stated otherwise, MOODLAW's scope of services includes the complete production from pre-production to production and post-production of the films defined in the offer.

Art. 6 Terms of Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment in full by the customer shall be made within 30 days of invoicing by MOODLAW. Additional corrections, rights or storage may be charged separately as agreed between the parties.

Art. 12 Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Cologne. German law shall apply. The full GTC text from the previous site should be legally reviewed before publication.
